- Almond flour (2 1/2 cups)
- Baking powder (2 tsp)
- Salt (1/4 tsp)
- Greek yogurt (1 cup)
- Honey (4 tbsp)
- Eggs (2)
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Olive oil (1/4 cup)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C.
- In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a different bowl, mix together yogurt, honey, eggs, lemon zest, and oil.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients. Stir to combine.
- Bake for 35 minutes. Serve with berries.
