Yogurt Cake

Ingredients

  • Almond flour (2 1/2 cups)
  • Baking powder (2 tsp)
  • Salt (1/4 tsp)
  • Greek yogurt (1 cup)
  • Honey (4 tbsp)
  • Eggs (2)
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Olive oil (1/4 cup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a different bowl, mix together yogurt, honey, eggs, lemon zest, and oil.
  4. Combine dry and wet ingredients. Stir to combine.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes. Serve with berries.
