Yogurt Cake
Ingredients
Almond flour (2 1/2 cups)
Baking powder (2 tsp)
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Greek yogurt (1 cup)
Honey (4 tbsp)
Eggs (2)
Zest of 1 lemon
Olive oil (1/4 cup)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C.
In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a different bowl, mix together yogurt, honey, eggs, lemon zest, and oil.
Combine dry and wet ingredients. Stir to combine.
Bake for 35 minutes. Serve with berries.
