- Baking powder (1 tsp)
- Blueberries (1 cup)
- Walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until completely smooth.
- Add eggs, melted coconut oil, honey, almond flour, and baking powder.
- Once everything is well mixed, fold in blueberries and walnuts.
- Bake for about 50 minutes.
