Banana Bread with Blueberries

Ingredients

  • Bananas (2)
  • Eggs (2)
  • Coconut oil (2 tbsp)
  • Honey (3 tbsp)
  • Almond flour (2 cups)
  • Baking powder (1 tsp)
  • Blueberries (1 cup)
  • Walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until completely smooth.
  3. Add eggs, melted coconut oil, honey, almond flour, and baking powder.
  4. Once everything is well mixed, fold in blueberries and walnuts.
  5. Bake for about 50 minutes.
