Overnight Oats with Kefir

Ingredients

  • Rolled oats (1 cup)
  • Kefir (2 cups)
  • Honey (2-3 tsp)
  • Ground cinnamon (1/2 tsp)

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, kefir, honey, and ground cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Divide between 2 bowls and serve with strawberry jam, toasted coconut flakes, and berries of your choice.
