Ingredients
- Almond flour (2 cups)
- Baking powder (1 tsp)
- Oranges (2)
- Eggs (5)
- Honey (6 tbsp)

Instructions
- Place the oranges in a pot and fill with enough water to cover them. Bring everything to boil, then reduce to low heat. Cook for 2 hours. Then, drain the pot and let the oranges cool.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F or 190°C.
- Cut the oranges and place them in a food processor.
- In a large bowl, mix together the orange purée, honey, baking powder, and eggs. Add in the almond flour and mix until it's all combined well.
- Pour the batter into the greased springform pan. Bake for 55 minutes.
