Place the oranges in a pot and fill with enough water to cover them. Bring everything to boil, then reduce to low heat. Cook for 2 hours. Then, drain the pot and let the oranges cool.
Preheat the oven to 375°F or 190°C.
Cut the oranges and place them in a food processor.
In a large bowl, mix together the orange purée, honey, baking powder, and eggs. Add in the almond flour and mix until it's all combined well.
Pour the batter into the greased springform pan. Bake for 55 minutes.
