- Mushrooms (250g)
- Onion (1)
- Tofu (200g)
- Avocado oil (1-2 tbsp)
- Ground nutmeg (1 tsp)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 425°F or 220°C. Mix chopped mushrooms and onion with avocado oil and bake for 30-40 minutes. Then cool for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 480°F or 250°C. Cut tofu in small cubes and bake for 10-15 minutes until slightly golden. Then cool for at least 20 minutes.
- In a food processor, blend all the ingredients with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Serve with bread or crackers.
