Tofu Mushroom Pate


  • Mushrooms (250g)
  • Onion (1)
  • Tofu (200g)
  • Avocado oil (1-2 tbsp)
  • Ground nutmeg (1 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F or 220°C. Mix chopped mushrooms and onion with avocado oil and bake for 30-40 minutes. Then cool for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 480°F or 250°C. Cut tofu in small cubes and bake for 10-15 minutes until slightly golden. Then cool for at least 20 minutes.
  3. In a food processor, blend all the ingredients with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Serve with bread or crackers.
