Ingredients
- Salmon fillet (1 lb | 450 g)
- Eggs (2)
- Oat four (1/4 cup)
- Almond flour (1/2 cup)
- Lemon zest (1 tbsp)
- Italian seasoning (1 1/2 tsp)
- Paprika (1 tsp)
- Dried cilantro (2 tsp)
- Ginger powder (1 tsp)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bake salmon in a preheated oven 400°F (or 200°C) for 20 minutes. Remove skin, then flake salmon with a fork, and cool for 30 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flaked salmon and the rest of the ingredients. Stir to combine.
- Form the patties and sauté them for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Serve with tartar sauce or greek yogurt mixed with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
