Salmon Patties
Ingredients
Salmon fillet (1 lb | 450 g)
Eggs (2)
Oat four (1/4 cup)
Almond flour (1/2 cup)
Lemon zest (1 tbsp)
Italian seasoning (1 1/2 tsp)
Paprika (1 tsp)
Dried cilantro (2 tsp)
Ginger powder (1 tsp)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Bake salmon in a preheated oven 400°F (or 200°C) for 20 minutes. Remove skin, then flake salmon with a fork, and cool for 30 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flaked salmon and the rest of the ingredients. Stir to combine.
Form the patties and sauté them for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Serve with tartar sauce or greek yogurt mixed with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
