Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts, cut into cubes and boiled (3)
  • Onion, chopped (1/2)
  • Curry sauce (1/2 jar)
  • Coconut milk, or water (1 1/2 cups)
  • Curry powder (2 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, sauté onion until golden.
  2. Add boiled chicken and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Add curry sauce and coconut milk. Stir to combine.
  4. Add curry powder, stir, and simmer for 10 minutes. If the sauce is a bit thick, add more coconut milk or water.
  5. Serve with basmati rice or naan bread.
