Ingredients
- Chicken breasts, cut into cubes and boiled (3)
- Onion, chopped (1/2)
- Curry sauce (1/2 jar)
- Coconut milk, or water (1 1/2 cups)
- Curry powder (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, sauté onion until golden.
- Add boiled chicken and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add curry sauce and coconut milk. Stir to combine.
- Add curry powder, stir, and simmer for 10 minutes. If the sauce is a bit thick, add more coconut milk or water.
- Serve with basmati rice or naan bread.
