Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • Rolled oats (1 cup)
  • Almond milk (2 cups)
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings

  • Banana, sliced (1)
  • Peanut butter (2 tbsp)
  • Honey (2-3 tsp)
  • Blueberries (1/4 cup)
  • Walnuts (1/4 cup)
  • Chia seeds (2 tsp)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine rolled oats, almond milk, and salt.
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes until creamy. Let stand for 2 minutes.
  3. Add your toppings: banana slices, peanut butter, honey, blueberries, walnuts, and chia seeds.
