Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts (1 lb | 450 g)
  • Avocado oil (3 tbsp)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan, grated (3-4 tbsp)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F or 200°C.
2. Trim and halve the brussels sprouts and mix them with avocado oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then garnish with Parmesan and bake for another 7-10 minutes.
