Orange Bread with Chocolate Glaze

Ingredients

  • Almond flour (1 1/2 cups)
  • Coconut flour (1/3 cup)
  • Baking powder (1 tsp)
  • Eggs (2)
  • Coconut oil (2 tbsp)
  • Honey (4 tbsp)
  • Almond milk (1/4 cup)
  • Orange juice (1/2 cup)
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Dark chocolate bar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder.
  3. In a different bowl, whisk together eggs, melted coconut oil, honey, almond milk, freshly squeezed orange juice, and orange zest.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients in one bowl.
  5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes, then cool the loaf for an hour.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the loaf and spread evenly. If desired, garnish with orange zest and walnuts.
