- Eggs (2)
- Zucchini (2)
- Avocado (1)
- Honey (4 tbsp)
- Almond flour (1/2 cup)
- Coconut flour (1/2 cup)
- Cocoa powder, unsweetened (4 tbsp)
- Baking powder (1 tsp)
- Salt (1/4 tsp)
- Dark chocolate chips (1/2 cup)
- Walnut pieces (1/2 cup)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C.
- In a blender, combine eggs, chopped zucchini, avocado, and honey and process until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the blended vegetable mixture. Stir to combine. Add chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Transfer the batter to a square pan greased with coconut oil. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool for at least 30 minutes, then cut into pieces. Garnish with pecans, walnuts, and melted dark chocolate.
