- Oats (1 cup)
- Whole wheat flour (3/4 cup)
- Baking powder (1 tsp)
- Cinnamon (1 tsp)
- Banana (1)
- Egg (1)
- Honey (3 tbsp)
- Peanut butter (2 tbsp)
- Cashew, or almond milk (1/4 cup)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F or 160°C.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, combine mashed banana, egg, honey, peanut butter, and milk.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients. Stir to combine.
- Form the dough into 9 round cookies. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let them cool for 10 minutes.
