Ingredients
- Chicken breasts (1 lb | 450 g)
- Olive oil (1 tbsp)
- Butter (4 tbsp)
- Garlic cloves, minced (4)
- Italian seasoning to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Broccoli (3 cups)
- Chicken broth (1/4 cup)
- Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add butter (2 tbsp) and chicken breasts seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook chicken until browned on both sides. Set aside.
- Add remaining butter (2 tbsp), garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sauté for a minute.
- Add broccoli, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add chicken and cook for another minute.
- Garnish with parsley.
