Ingredients
- Basil leaves (2 cups)
- Arugula (2 cups)
- Olive oil (1/3 cup)
- Water, (1/3 cup)
- Garlic (2-3 cloves)
- Pine nuts (1/2 cup)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pasta of your choice
- Tomatoes, halved (1 cup)
Instructions
- For the sauce: in a food processor, combine basil leaves, arugula, olive oil, water, garlic, pine nuts, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Combine cooked pasta of your choice with the sauce and tomatoes. Top with pine nuts.
