Pesto Linguini with Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Basil leaves (2 cups)
  • Arugula (2 cups)
  • Olive oil (1/3 cup)
  • Water, (1/3 cup)
  • Garlic (2-3 cloves)
  • Pine nuts (1/2 cup)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pasta of your choice
  • Tomatoes, halved (1 cup)

Instructions

  1. For the sauce: in a food processor, combine basil leaves, arugula, olive oil, water, garlic, pine nuts, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  2. Combine cooked pasta of your choice with the sauce and tomatoes. Top with pine nuts.
