- Spinach (2 cups)
- Banana (1)
- Egg (1)
- Almond butter (3 tbsp)
- Honey (3 tbsp)
- Rolled oats (1 cup)
- Water (1/4 cup)
- Baking soda (1/4 tsp)
- Cinnamon (1 tsp)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender container. Blend until very smooth.
- Pour the batter into greased muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Let muffins cool for at least 30 minutes.
