Spinach Muffins

Ingredients

  • Spinach (2 cups)
  • Banana (1)
  • Egg (1)
  • Almond butter (3 tbsp)
  • Honey (3 tbsp)
  • Rolled oats (1 cup)
  • Water (1/4 cup)
  • Baking soda (1/4 tsp)
  • Cinnamon (1 tsp)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender container. Blend until very smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into greased muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Let muffins cool for at least 30 minutes.
