Spinach Muffins
Ingredients
Spinach (2 cups)
Banana (1)
Egg (1)
Almond butter (3 tbsp)
Honey (3 tbsp)
Rolled oats (1 cup)
Water (1/4 cup)
Baking soda (1/4 tsp)
Cinnamon (1 tsp)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C.
Combine all ingredients in a blender container. Blend until very smooth.
Pour the batter into greased muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes.
Let muffins cool for at least 30 minutes.
