Ingredients
- Asparagus, cut into 2-inch | 5 cm pieces (1 bunch)
- Mushrooms, cut into medium pieces (0.5 lb | 225 g)
- Garlic, minced (2 cloves)
- Chicken breast, cut into strips (1 lb | 450 g)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame oil (2 tbsp)
- Soy sauce (2 tbsp)
- Teriyaki sauce (1 tbsp)
- Ground ginger (1 tbsp)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, sauté asparagus, mushrooms, and minced garlic 5 minutes, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add vegetables back to the skillet.
- Meanwhile, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and ground ginger. Add sauce to the skillet and sauté for few more minutes.
- Top with sesame seeds.
