Milk of your choice (1/2 cup)
Heavy cream (1/2 cup)
Coconut oil (2 tbsp)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C.
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, cocoa powder (1/2 cup), sugar (1/2 cup), and salt. Mix well.
In a blender, combine eggs, avocado (1), greek yogurt, and milk. Blend until smooth.
Combine dry and wet ingredients. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan.
Bake for 40 minutes. Then let it cool for at least an hour.
For the frosting, in a blender, combine avocado (1), heavy cream, melted coconut oil, cocoa powder (2 tbsp), and sugar (2 tbsp). Blend until smooth. Adjust the texture by adding more heavy cream if needed.
