Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • Kale, chopped (1 lb | 450 g)
  • Avocado oil (2 tbsp)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F or 160°C.
  2. Toss kale with avocado oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through.
  4. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
